The business case for diversity is becoming more and more obvious for smaller and bigger organizations. However, it is still challenging to run a recruitment process that balances out our first impressions, which often leads us to choose people who are very similar to us. In this presentation I will talk  about diversity, unconscious bias and will share the British Council’s best practices in recruitment. Yes, and I will mention the business case for diversity and mainstreaming equality, diversity and inclusion in smaller and bigger organizations, because that is my passion!
